CHEF AND CUISINEEmmanuel Goubard, Executive Chef of PRIMAVERA Catering, perfected his art in the best culinary schools in France. Among many other prestigious experiences, he has been the chef of the American Embassy in France. Living in Quebec for 10 years, Emmanuel has joined the Auberge St-Gabriel team in 2004, after creating meals for the Mount Stephen Private Club during eight years. He has a gift for flavours… His impressive cuisine adapts to all tastes, events, and guests. His menus are versatile, his dishes are copious, and their visual presentation is a delight!
