CHEF AND CUISINE

Jean-Marc Mathieu, Executive Chef of PRIMAVERA Catering and Auberge  ST‑GABRIEL, is a true gourmet who likes to share his passion for fine food. After discovering his talent for cooking, at age 15, he completed a professional cooking training and then made his culinary mark at several renown establishments, such as the Gray Rocks Resort, the Queen Elisabeth Hotel, the Inter●Continental Hotel, restaurant LeBlanc and Château Bromont. Furthermore, he appeared in specialized magazines, radio shows and TV shows. He has been a co-owner of PRIMAVERA Catering for more than three years.
